  1. Sense every rig, every pool, every circuit

    A lightweight collector on the site server ships hashrate, temperatures, fan curves, pool latency, and PDU readings into a tight local model. No telemetry left at the vendor.

  2. Reason over trends, not thresholds

    The agent compares recent shape to the rig's own baseline — not a flat threshold — so it tells fan drift from a deliberate throttling pass from a real fault.

  3. Decide against the live economics

    Pool fees, hashprice, grid price, curtailment windows. It weighs them in one pass and picks the action with the best per-kWh margin you can defend in audit.

  4. Act through the rig, the PDU, the pool
